These premium lashes are handmade, so each pair is extra special.
Up to 20 uses
At the end of the night (or zoom call) remove your lashes from the outside in. If there's any buildup left, brush through with a clean spoolie and use a wet qtip to remove any makeup residue on the band. Use a clean pair of tweezers to remove any remaining glue. Store them in the box they come in and your lashes will last you up to 20 uses!

Do you offer returns?
While most cosmetics companies don't, we believe in our product and value our relationship with you more than the transaction. So, yes. We offer returns. If you're not happy, we're not happy.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn’t love your goodies! Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of it.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please include your order number to place a return.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us and we'll help you place the return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive the return, it takes 2-3 days to process it in our system. From there, credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Oopsies! We're sorry if you received a different product than you ordered. Please contact us as at email@example.com along with your order # and we will make sure to make it right!

On occasion Estate Cosmetics offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
$6.99 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $50)
$7.99 flat fee for Canada (free shipping over $50)

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
