While most cosmetics companies don't, we believe in our product and value our relationship with you more than the transaction. So, yes. We offer returns. If you're not happy, we're not happy.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn’t love your goodies! Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of it.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please include your order number to place a return.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us and we'll help you place the return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive the return, it takes 2-3 days to process it in our system. From there, credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Oopsies! We're sorry if you received a different product than you ordered. Please contact us as at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order # and we will make sure to make it right!
